By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features include unlimited daily lessons and enhanced review exercises.

4.2 Payment

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials of premium features. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have completed fewer than 2 lessons during the refund period
• You contact us at support@caruso-languages.com within the 7-day window

5.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions purchased directly through our platform, you may cancel within 14 days for a pro-rata refund in accordance with UK consumer rights.

5.3 App Store Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are subject to their respective refund policies.

6. USER CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE USE

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
